An unexpected spa delight

The hotel boasts a fantastic spa area where I unwound after long days on the slopes. The generous buffet breakfasts were more than enough to fuel our adventures.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room didn’t function well, making nights uncomfortably warm. Plus, the dining options could feel a bit repetitive after a few days.

The hotel features a cozy lounge area with a warm fireplace.

I found the bathroom to be quite tiny and outdated. Ventilation was poor, making it uncomfortable during our stay. the selection of vegetarian and fish dishes was lacking and lower in taste compared to the buffet offerings.

unhelpful staff

i was absolutely stunned by the noisy kids running wild during my peaceul stay, don’t they have a play area? the staff at the restaurant could easily win awards for being unhelpful, what an accomplishment! i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but clearly…that was too much to ask. i just couldn’t leave a good review.

great location

Recommend it for families with kids

The location is great for the gondola, and my group got to enjoy a beautiful walk back to the hotel after a long day on the slopes. The food was quite decent, and I especially liked how the staff didn't mind us asking for extra chips one night after a rough day on the snow.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but still felt worth it in the end.
